Former Super Falcons captain, Desire Oparanozie, on Tuesday completed her transfer move to French side, Dijonnais, on a 2-year contract.
Oparanozie joined her new club from Guingamp, after six years.
In a tweet on Tuesday, the 26-year World Cup star said:
“Officially, I am now a Dijonnais. I am very happy starting a new adventure with this club”. “The object is to help my new team attain greater heights. Come on Dijonnais” concludes Oparanozie.
While at Guingamp, Oparanozie scored a total of 45 goals in 106 appearances.
The Nigerian international began her football career at top Nigerian female football sides, Bayelsa and Delta Queens, before moving to Turkish side, Luleburgaz 39 Spor in 2011.
