Nigerian sports journalist, Prince Anthony Obaseki, is dead.
The Edo-born outspoken sports journalist died on Sunday, November 1, 2020, after a protracted illness.
Before his death, Obaseki who was the former El Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri Media Officer in the Nigeria Professional Football League also worked for some top Nigerian sports print newspapers.
During his sojourn on earth, he expended his energy and intelligence to render his support to the development of the Nigerian league and sports in its entirety.
May his soul rest in perfect peace.
