Ahead of Friday’s African Nations Cup qualifier against Sierra Leone in Benin City, Edo state, Super Eagles players and officials are expected to undergo coronavirus tests this Wednesday.
Latest reports say after the tests, the Eagles will hold their training session by 5pm inside the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, venue of the match.
The Super Eagles will also take a trip to Freetown for the return leg on Tuesday, November 17.
A win in the encounter will guarantee Nigeria a ticket to participate in the 33rd edition of the AFCON tournament in Cameroon which will start in January 2022.
Apart from Sierra Leone, Nigeria is in Group L of the qualifying campaign alongside Lesotho and Benin Republic.
