Following their successful campaign in the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 Playoff and promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), Remo Stars FC has announced its decision to send Coach Daniel Ogunmodede to Portuguese side, CD Feirense, as part of their coaching crew.
The cheering news which is a follow up to Ogunmodede’s outstanding performance that ensured the club’s return to topflight football, is to ensure developmental programmes for the club’s coaches.
Ogunmodede is joining the Portuguese in order to improve on his knowledge through European experience.
In 2016 when Remo Stars was formed through a youth system, Ogunmodede was saddled with the responsibility of heading the academy, and helped nurtured and developed young talents.
He was in 2020 appointed the Head Coach of the senior team and the pioneer Director of the Youth Football Development.
