AWCON Q: Super Falcons Begin Training Today, Ahead Of Clash With Ghana’s Black Queens

Ahead of Wednesday’s African Women Cup of Nations (AWCON) qualifier against the Black Queens of Ghana, Nigeria’s Super Falcons will hold their opening training session at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, at 4pm today, Monday, October 18, 2021.

Already, a total of 18 players have arrived in camp for the crucial encounter.

The players in camp include, Tochukwu Oluehi, Onome Ebi, Regina Otu, Tosin Demehin,  Rufiat Imuran, Vivian Ikechukwu, Onyebuchi Goodness, Akudo Ogbonna, Ayomide Ojo, Opeyemi Sunday and Gift Monday.

Others are: Osinachi Ohale, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Glory Ogbonna, Joy Bokiri, Uchenna Kanu, Rita Chikwelu and Francisca Ordega.

The first leg of the two-legged qualifier will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, Lagos, while the return fixture will hold on October 24, in Accra, Ghana.
