KIDNAP: Sani Toro’s Abductors Demand ₦250m

The abductors of former Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Sani Toro, are reported to be demanding the sum of N250 million before he could be released.

According to family sources, one of the kidnappers made contact with the family on Sunday demanding for ransom, though, it is not clear the decision reached between the family and the abductors.

Toro, a former Bauchi state Commissioner for Sports was abducted on the Abuja-Jos road along with a former Golden Eaglets assistant coach, Garba Iliya on Sunday, after attending the wedding of the son of a former Nigeria Football Federation President, Aminu Maigari, in Abuja on Friday.
